TERMS OF SERVICE

*By commissioning me, you agree to these terms and are responsible for following them. If you have any questions regarding them, don't hesitate to talk to me!My terms of service are firm.
*Last updated: 3/3/2022• You must be at least 18 years of age or older to commission me.• I accept Paypal, Stripe, and Ko-Fi as methods for accepting payment.• Commissions will only be taken through forms. Do not DM asking me for a commission unless you have questions prior to filling out the form. This workflow is easier for me.• Payment plans may be applicable on commissions exceeding $200 with 50% down.• You are NOT allowed to mint your commissions / my art into NFTs. You may not use your commission to sell merchandise for your own profit. This includes but is not limited to: physical merch, virtual merch, NFTs. I will NEVER allow clients to mint their art. No negotiations.• I do not work on strict deadlines. My typical turnaround rate varies between a
day to a couple weeks.• I do not start any work until payment is received.• Full refunds are only given if I have not started any work. If progress has been made, your refund will be pro-rated based on how much progress I made. You will be given an image with the progress I have made but you are not allowed to finish it or have another artist finish it.• There will be additional charges for complex characters (Many colors, intricate
markings, wings, additional limbs, weapons, cybernetics, mech ect.)• WIPs are posted to my Trello as I progress through a commission. You may request them DM'd to you as well. I sometimes forget to post WIPs so feel free to
poke me.• As of 5/24/18, I no longer freely distribute the unwatermarked versions of my art. You may request the unwatermarked version of your commission for %30 of the commission price. This is due to clients breaking my ToS.• I do not work with traditional references or text. I may accept a traditional reference if it has a digital color swatch and is legible. Clean flat colored art of your OC is acceptable.• I do not distribute PSDs/CSPs of my artwork. The only exceptions are bases and with others that I am collaborating with. Do not distribute any of my P2U content to anyone who hasn't purchased it.• Do not edit my artwork or allow another artist to edit my artwork without my full written consent. You may crop your commission for avatar usage / wallpaper but you may only repost the full res version with the watermark fully intact and proper
credit to me.• Do NOT reupload my art to F-List or E621. I do not like these sites.• I reserve the right to use commissions in self-promotional materials and my
portfolio.• I reserve the right to decline any commission at my own discretion. Any hostility towards me will result in termination of our contract. You will be blocked and blacklisted.• Due to the controversy of the subject, I will not take adult/mature commissions involving feral/quadrapedal based on real life animals that are not extinct (ie cats,
dogs, wolves, ect.) Fantasy creatures such as dragons and gryphons are fine.I will also not draw realistic animal genitalia on feral or anthro. Fantasy or
humanoid is fine. No negotiations. This topic makes me uncomfortable.If you have any questions regarding my terms of service or price guide, do not hesitate to DM me!

COMMISSION PRICES 2023

My commissions are separated into two different categories; lined and painted. Lined artwork has a distinct lineart around it while Painted is a lineless form and takes longer.

• Additional characters are double the base price based on how many additional characters are added to the drawing.• All prices are in USD and via Paypal.• An unshaded drawing or reference of your character is required. Traditional will not be accepted unless you provide a digital color palette for it.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
These additional costs may apply to your commission if your character(s) possess these features and depending on the commission type you are ordering. The "Wings" and "Detailed" bullets are charged on a per character basis.• Detailed OCs: add $10+ based on details• "Bat-like" wings: add $15• Feathered wings: add $25• Cybernetic / Mech Implants: add $10+ based on complexity.• Detailed Background for your commission: add $20+ based on background.
